Handan Baote Foundry Co., Ltd has been a specialized producer and exporter of iron casting products for 15 years.

It possesses a staff of over 300, 17 of which are engineers (including 5 seniors) and 32 are college graduates, boasting a strong capability of technical development and quality control.

The company has two sub-foundries. One features DISA moulding lines and the other manual moulding, shell molding and machine moulding. The former mainly produces small-sized castings of gray iron and ductile iron, with the dimension precision of CT 7-8 and the surface finish Ra 12.5. The annual production capacity exceeds 20, 000 tons. The latter makes products of ductile iron and gray iron and in different sizes. The annual output is over 5000 tons. The sales volume last year was 18.7 million USD.

The company has an in-house machining shop, with 6 sets of NC, 4 sets of CNC and other machining equipment, such as drilling and milling machines.

It is also furnished with all necessary testing equipment---Spectrometer, Tensile Strength Tester, Hardness Tester, Chemical Analyzer, Metallographic Microscope, Molding Sand Tester, UT, MT as well as CMM.

Moreover, the company has the following certs----IATF16949: 2016; LPCB; UL; ULC; FM; VDS; ISO9001; ISO14001

The main products are fire couplings, auto/truck/tractor/rail parts, hydraulic parts, valve and pump parts; Iron table legs.

With good quality and timely delivery, the products have been selling well throughout the world.

Last year, the total sales volume was 12, 600 tons, with a sales income of 18.7 million USD.
